The latest 2024 update introduces two new widths, SemiCondensed and Wide, expanding the type family’s versatility alongside the existing Normal, Condensed, and Expanded widths. This update also marks a shift to a more intuitive hand-eye approach to weight distribution, replacing the earlier mathematical strategy.
